We are seeking highly motivated individuals to join our dynamic team of professionals in locations throughout the US and Canada.
Our Seattle office is seeking a Project Controls Engineer that will function as an integral part the Program Management Group for a transportation project in Seattle area.  Responsibilities include maintenance of the earned value cost database (ARES PRISM), providing forecasts of project cost and schedule based upon analysis of the cost database, provide analysis of construction of change orders, perform retrieval of information from WSDOT legacy information managment systems and Primavera schedule database and successfully interacts with client personnel and consultants in gathering and reporting information.
Qualified candidate should have control experience using Earned Value methodology and have experience with reporting requirements on large infrastucture projects.  Candidate should have BS degree in Business, Construction Manangement or Engineering and 3-5 years experience, if no degree candidate should have 8-10 years experience.  Candidate should be proficient in the concepts and practical application of Cost Management relational databases and be familiar with MS office applications.  Candidate should have stong interpersonal skills and flexible to changing requirements and situations.  CPM scheduling knowledge and AACE/PMI membership is highly desirable.
